Cerena Terms of Service
These terms
These are the terms between you and Cerena Vision Ltd (Company No. 17306387, 275 New North Road, London, N1 7AA) for using Cerena. By starting a vision you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't start.
1. What Cerena is
Cerena designs a visual vision of your wedding from what you tell us. The free preview shows you part of it. The complete Vision — everything Cerena makes for you, including the story and the downloadable documents — is a paid product.
2. What a Vision is, and isn't
Your Vision is a creative work made to help you feel and share your wedding. It is a vision, not a print proof and not a supplier order. Images are generated, not photographed; they show the idea of your day, not a specific venue's floor plan or a specific supplier's product. Names, dates and other text in generated images may be decorative rather than exact. If you go on to commission suppliers, you should brief them from the vision, not send them the images as instructions.
3. Your information and consent
To make your Vision we need the details you give us, including, if you choose to share it, your faith and heritage. How we handle these is set out in our Privacy Notice, which forms part of these terms. You confirm that you have the right to share the details you give us, including your partner's.
4. Payment
The complete Vision costs USD 99, charged once through Stripe at checkout. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
5. Delivery
After payment we start making your complete Vision. It usually arrives within about an hour and we email you when it's ready. Sometimes it takes longer; if it hasn't arrived within 24 hours, write to us at support@cerena.uk and we'll put it right or refund you.
6. Refunds
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of payment, no questions asked. Write to support@cerena.uk. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
7. Your rights to your Vision
Once you've paid, your Vision is yours to keep, share, print, and use for any purpose you like, including commercial — show it to suppliers, use it in your own wedding planning, whatever you need. Cerena keeps the right to use the underlying methods, templates and models, but not your Vision itself.
8. Our rights
Cerena, Valentina, the Cerena pipeline and the way it works are ours. You may not copy Cerena, scrape it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to build a competing service.
9. Acceptable use
Use Cerena for your own wedding, or one you're genuinely planning with the couple's knowledge. Don't submit other people's details without their permission. Don't use Cerena to generate content that is unlawful, hateful, or intended to deceive.
10. Availability
We work hard to keep Cerena running, but it's a small team and a new product; we don't promise it will be available at all times, and we may change or withdraw features. If we withdraw Cerena entirely, we'll give you 30 days to download your Vision.
11. Liability
Cerena is a creative tool. We're responsible for delivering the Vision you paid for, and for handling your data as the Privacy Notice says. We're not responsible for decisions you or your suppliers make based on the Vision, for the conduct of any supplier, or for the outcome of your wedding. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
12. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll date the change at the top. Changes don't affect a Vision you've already bought.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes go to the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep any protections your local law gives you.
